We don't use a one-size-fits-all pricing model or sell fixed development packages. We first understand the problem, the existing systems, the scope and the outcomes you're trying to achieve. We then provide a proposal based on the work required.

What you're paying for is senior engineering judgement — not just someone writing code. The goal is to solve the problem correctly, reduce technical risk and leave you with software that can be maintained and operated long after the engagement ends.

Solution design

Target architecture, delivery roadmap and a written proposal with a fixed, scoped quote.

Build

Iterative delivery with regular demos, so you see working software early and often.

Testing & hardening

Security review, least-privilege IAM, load checks and POPIA-aligned data handling.

Deployment

CI/CD into your own AWS account with separated dev and production environments.

Support

Monitoring, alerting and an optional retainer for ongoing architecture and code review.
